      Pleural effusion generally gives rise to a sound called "pleural rub". Also, even though fluid is a better conducting medium, In pleural effusion, the underlying parenchyma of lung fails to transmit the breath sounds normally.

    Very nice and required video after a long time!!!❤❤ One question-- In LEMS, on repeating stimulation, muscle strength improves due to Ca++ accumulation... But in this case, AChR s are limited afterall as usual, considering it only limited number of ligand gated Na+ channels should have been opened to fire the AP for muscle. Then, how the improvement can be established with repeating stimulation?

    MCQ answer is "ligand gated Na+ channel." (Not given in option) Sir you may have mistaken at the very end of the video you said, ligand gated Ca++ channel.

      Mistaken in the options? That was deliberate , boss. I had to give 3 WRONG options. Ligand gated Ca++ channels is a WRONG option.
