Answer to the MCQ:- Non-specific cation channel.
Sir what about pleural effusion??
Pleural effusion generally gives rise to a sound called "pleural rub". Also, even though fluid is a better conducting medium, In pleural effusion, the underlying parenchyma of lung fails to transmit the breath sounds normally.
Very nice and required video after a long time!!!❤❤ One question-- In LEMS, on repeating stimulation, muscle strength improves due to Ca++ accumulation... But in this case, AChR s are limited afterall as usual, considering it only limited number of ligand gated Na+ channels should have been opened to fire the AP for muscle. Then, how the improvement can be established with repeating stimulation?
Nope. Acetyl choline receptors aren't limited (in number) in the case of LEMS.
Ok sir
MCQ answer is "ligand gated Na+ channel." (Not given in option) Sir you may have mistaken at the very end of the video you said, ligand gated Ca++ channel.
Mistaken in the options? That was deliberate , boss. I had to give 3 WRONG options. Ligand gated Ca++ channels is a WRONG option.
Ligand Gated Ion Channels
MCQ at the end of the video.
Sir... pulmonary artery catheter is inserted through IJV ..not through any other vein..in clinical practice
